OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) are a goal-setting framework that helps companies define and measure progress toward ambitious objectives. Objectives are qualitative, inspiring goals, while Key Results are specific, measurable outcomes that track success. Companies use OKRs to align teams, improve focus, and drive accountability across the organization.
Companies can track OKRs using custom software, off-the-shelf tools, or a mix of both. Some teams prefer a simpler approach, using Google Sheets. In this video, we show how to set up OKRs in Google Sheets and use Deplyr to build a front-end for easy access. Check out the YouTube video below, along with screenshots detailing the sheet’s tabs and columns.
